Post early arrivals of characters/ships from outside of XFY here.

Did you arrive via shuttle? Did you have trouble getting in?

You don't need to wait for a reply from XFY crew if you don't want to. Just don't do anything that would be out of character for base personel.

Also, remember that most fighters will be sharing a room with one other fighter, unless they have special needs or a flag rank, just like last year. Your roomie is up to you. This is to allow you an extra way to do some role playing. Just talk to some other character off list and see if you can find someone to share a room with. Make a new friend at the tourney.

You should note that there is NOT nearly enough room for all ships coming in for the tournament to dock at Xavier.

Most ships will be assigned a parking orbit and have their crews beamed aboard. Please recognize this in your posts. Also, it will be Xavier personnel that do the beaming (you can auto them doing so) as the base is on heightened security alert and there is a shield to prevent beaming. Xavier can beam you through using the appropriate frequency, however you will not be able to beam on/off with out the IC permission of Xavier personnel (you can simm that this is permitted rather liberally, they just don't want people beaming into unauthorized areas).
