Title: Posting Question
Post by FADM Tomas Wolfe on Feb 8th, 2005, 8:58am

Okay... this would be my first attempt at play by forum posting... so I've got a question or two about posting.

I see we have early morning for day 1 (7 Feb), and now afternoon (8 Feb) for day 1. I posted my arrival already yesterday... in the morning.

Say I wanted to post some more now. Do I now post in Afternoon, or do I go back to the thread I started and post there?

I should have made the titles clearer.  I was rtying to solve the opposite problem of 30 ships coming out of warp at the same time.

Anyone who arrived earlier can do stuff in the areas after it.  If you are doing something right after your shuttle lands, just continue it there.  But if you look around the place, find your room, and then wander arround, put that in some place later.  If its early the next morning, put the thread there.  In the afternoon, put it there.

All those arrival aeras should be used as character interaction scenes too.  The next thing to open will be the welcoming ceremony, after that, things shoudl get more clear.  There will be an after ceremony area, then a night time area.

Basically, each day of competition will be broken into before the morning matches, during and after the morning matches, during and after the afternoon matches, evening, then late night in the bar.

So You can be in each of the different areas, just don't get so ahead of yourself that you have to alter your later actions because you broke an arm in the earlier time.  And try to avoid doing too much in each time... you can't be everywhere.  K'Hare will start showing up once my arrival is done.  It sorta sets his mood.
