Here it is! Are you excited! This is the area to post the first matches... the freebies.

Each fighter will get one win to post before actual play starts. In character, this round is just like any other, but it is a way to help get the fighting started and the juices flowing. Think about how you win the last match before the final 32! Your opponents are getting tougher and those that are left are the ones who think they have a real chance to win.

If you can convince them, it is fine for your foe to be one of the attendees. Then, in character, they can say they fought, the just didn't get to the 32. You get to make up your opponent.

This also gives you a chance to show off your style but don't do anything that would be a crime or get you eliminated. Impress us. This is your chance to shine as writer and as a fighter, in character.

The matches are to disarm. First fighter who loses his weapon for any reason, loses the match. Two fighters can declare to everyone that they are fighting to first blood, first knockout, or even death. The last did happen on KDB last year. This is tradition. As long as the fight is honorable and both agree, you can change the victory condition. But, we don't know how Valren, the Host, the Vice Admiral in charge of the Security forces would respond to this.

Again, in this area the scenes should be combat matches and then player reactions to them. One scene per match. Stuff getting to the matches should be in the previous area unless you are posting something right that happens right as the matches start.

This area and the one after it, the first PC combats will be open for extra time. Later matches will have less time as we near the final rounds. This one has more time so you can get the feel for it. (Player combat will be open sunday or monday.)
