Title: Dinner with Security Post by TalVur on Feb 27th, 2005, 11:13pm =/\= Xavier Fleet Yards, The Legion =/\= James made his way into The Legion, and things were a bit packed after the matches. James squrimed his way to the bar and flagged down the bartender. As he arrived, James felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around to see two security officers, one with his hand on his phaser. "Sir, can we ask you to accompany us to the security office? We need to ask you a few questions." James smiled, weakly. "Of course, guess I'll be having dinner with you guys." With that, James was led by the two red clad officers out of The Legion, what their purpose was, James had no idea...perhaps it had something to do with all those little scans he had been making. =/\= Off =/\= Lt. James Tal'Vur Chief Medical Officer USS Saturn NCC-28400 OOC: More to come! |
Title: Re: Dinner with Security Post by Ta`pez HoD on Feb 28th, 2005, 10:15pm The two groops met shortly after. Ta'pez and his party were already there when Talvur arived with the fed security. There was a moment of silence, as the two waged an assesing without a speaking a word. Ta'pez was angry and it was obvious, his party echoed his sentiment, it all made for a very tense athmosphere. The officer in charge cleared his throat and said. "The Head of Security will be here shortly." tbc... Tag Talvur, Valren |
Title: Re: Dinner with Security Post by Nyv Barnard, XFY CoS on Mar 1st, 2005, 1:32pm If Barnard hadn't hated klingons already before the tournament, she would be capitally unfond of them now. As it was, it was difficult to even muster interest in Yet Another incident. She stepped into the security office, a small square room, standard fleet furnishing, with monitors along the walls and an oversized desk, virtually identical to every other office on any other deck of the station. First thing she noticed was the smell, the second the rather tense air in the room. She traded looks with her officers, nods and eye-glances sharing their assessment of the situation, then wandered behind the desk in silence, leaning hands on it and looking at the culprits in question. Barnard: I'm assuming this is somehow important? |
Title: Re: Dinner with Security Post by Ta`pez HoD on Mar 1st, 2005, 1:38pm One of the klingons stepped forward. "The petaQ over there "pointing towards Talvur "was overtly using some strange equipment on our HoD, we right.." he grew quiet as Ta'pez stoped him. "The matter is very important to us," Ta'pez said. "Recently our joH came to an ill end due to simmiliar plotting and sceming." he stepped forward. "I am requesting a full investigation and inprisonment of this indivudual until that is accomplished." he said giving Talvur a filthy look. |
Title: Re: Dinner with Security Post by Nyv Barnard, XFY CoS on Mar 1st, 2005, 2:55pm She made a sympathetic noise, looking him over. The initial report had mentioned a possible assassin, which was why she'd even bothered turning up in person rather than sending someone else. Barnard: Well, if he -was- trying to kill you, it was a sloppy job. You look in... decent... health. Still, I'm sure the infirmary would be happy to give you a thorough examination. She pointed at the would-be assassin in question, Talvur. Barnard: Mind putting all your 'strange equipment' on the desk so we can get this over with? |
Title: Re: Dinner with Security Post by TalVur on Mar 1st, 2005, 4:06pm =/\= Security Office =/\= James smiled. "Of course, a doctor is always happy to comply." He stood up and pulled his medical tricorder from his belt and handed it to the chief of security, smiling again. "And of course it would be proper to introduce myself, I'm James Tal'Vur, Chief Medical Officer for the USS Saturn..." He motioned to his tricorder, now in her hand. "I was just making a few scans for research purposes." |
Title: Re: Dinner with Security Post by Ta`pez HoD on Mar 1st, 2005, 4:11pm "Liar!" exclaimed Ta'pez "Rhere is no reason for you to scan anybody at the tournament." The other klingons tensed as well. Obviously this was not going to be a quick matter to be resolved. |
Title: Re: Dinner with Security Post by Nyv Barnard, XFY CoS on Mar 1st, 2005, 4:56pm Far as she could tell, it was a standard medical tricorder she was holding in her hands. But Barnard wasn't exactly an expert on technology, nor did she particularly care, long as it wasn't about to explore or otherwise attempt to kill someone. She handed it over to one of her officers to take a closer look, and to give all her attention at the klingons. Looking on the bright side, if they did decide to get violent, at least she'd know whether or not to toss them in the brig. Barnard: Now why should I find a doctor with a tricorder odd? *peering at Tal'Vur* Even one that decides to conduct research on clueless guinea-pigs? |
Title: Re: Dinner with Security Post by Ta`pez HoD on Mar 1st, 2005, 5:35pm "You are obviously a very ignorant specimen of your species Lt." Ta'pez said icily. "The Qel had no place to be there with his tricorder, and klingons all alike value their privacy and their personal data. This is a grave breach of the hospitality extended to all of us." |
Title: Re: Dinner with Security Post by Nyv Barnard, XFY CoS on Mar 1st, 2005, 7:04pm Raising a cool eyebrow, Barnard straightened and put her hands on her hips, glaring annoyed. "That -is- the 'strange equipment' the doctor was using, no? I was under the impression this would be an assassination investigation. You are neither dead, nor is that a weapon. If you have an issue with your personal data being misplaced, you're free to file charges on that." She smiled humourlessly, more a show of teeth than anything else. "But it might take a couple of days to process." Then turned to Tal'Vur, no less glaring. "I'm confiscating your tricorder pending that investigation, and I suggest you watch where you point that thing in the future. Remember, it's polite to -ask- before scanning people." She glanced at Ta'pez. "Not to mention sensible in some cases. Now, was there anything else?" |
