Tomas sat at a back table in the bar, still very much upset over his loss to Ta'pez. He had tried everything to win, fought long and hard.. but ended up losing.

And his goal to earn the respect of the Klingons here had failed as well. No matter how hard he fought, it didn't seem to impress them. Maybe he would never be accepted in their society.

He guzzled down the last of the blood wine, the 8th of the night. He looked around the room for a bar maid to get him another one.

That was when someone slammed down another one in front of him. Tomas looked up at the Klingon.

Wolfe: *staring at the face, as if he'd seen it before* Do I know you?

Klingon: Not the first thing I pictured hearing from you after all this time Wolfe.

The voice sounded a bit familiar to Tomas, but he couldn't put his finger on it.

Wolfe: I seen you watching a couple of my matches. I bet your just another Klingon hoping to see me fail.

Tomas took the blood wine and took a long, deep drink. To say he was a bit drunk would of been an understatement.

Klingon: No, I didn't come to watch you fail. I came to see how you fought. And it had to be one of the most dishonorable fighting I've even seen a Klingon take part in.

Wolfe: *Slamming the drink back down on the table* Dishonorable? I fought with nothing but heart out there, to do my best. What is so dishonorable about that?

Tomas felt the rage building in him, something Ro told him she was worried about.

Tomas seen K'Hare look over in their direction, probably from him raising his voice. Tomas looked back at the Klingon before him, and spat out a few curses.

roS looked up from his plate of food at the sound of loud cursing and recognized Tomas Wolfe.

This was the man who had faught with the least honor of any other fighter and who had lost to Ta'pez.

Yet here he was talking... no... correction... yelling insults at an older Klingon.

With any luck the klingon in question would show him the back side of his hand.

I didn't get a chance to reply here before I had to go LOA. I guess we can try to do this little plot later. Maybe during the year or at next years.

I can have the NPC show up on KDB from time to time and if you visit, we can bring up the obvious questions there.
