Xavier Fleet Yards is a very, very large base. You should keep this in mind when posting and moving your character about.
It has 2400 decks and is nearly 13 kilometres (8 miles) high. Decks above 400, between 958 and 1215 and below 1946 are restricted to authorized personnel. None of your characters will be able to get to these decks unless you are granted authorization by XFY Security. The only characters likely to get such clearance would be officers of flag rank due to the high security that will be in place during the tourament.
To get a feel for what is where, check the deck layout section in the XFY database.
All tournament participants will be given quarters in section Blue 3. Flag officers will have the option of VIP quarters in section Red 1.
Additionally, Xavier is in orbit of the planet Bellatrix IV, known to its inhabitants as Trixia. If you wish to travel to the surface, please be sure to run it by me first as there are some complications. If you are a combatant in the competition it would be unlikely to be possible as you'd have to go down on a scheduled transport and it'd be difficult to get down there and back without missing the next round of the tournament.
