What happened to RAdm Nadroj Neirbo?

I noticed that in the XFY crew database that Adm Neirbo is listed as the CO of XFY... But that for the Tournament, Valren Arelwynn is listed as CO.
 
What's up with that? What happened to Neirbo? I remember the Bolian from last year...

That is just being wrapped up IC right now in my game and will be resolved just before the tournament.  I am the same player as the one who played Neirbo.
 
Neirbo has been forced to resign from Starfleet, I won't tell more as it will spoil the plot to unfold at the tourney Wink
