Arrivals: READ ME « on: Feb 7th, 2005, 6:09pm »   OFF:   Most characters will arrive the day before the matches start.  The welcoming ceremony will be later on this day (call it day 0).   Did you arrive via shuttle?  Did you have trouble getting in?   You don't need to wait for a reply from XFY crew if you don't want to.  Just don't do anything that would be out of character for base personel.   Also, remember that most fighters will be sharing a room with one other fighter, unless they have special needs or a flag rank, just like last year.  Your roomie is up to you.  This is to allow you an extra way to do some role playing.  Just talk to some other character off list and see if you can find someone to share a room with.  Make a new friend at the tourney.
