NPC Transporter Operator: *through comm* Energizing.

Kayton appeared on the transporter pad and was greeted by two security officers, one enlisted one NCO. They explained to him the rules and restrictions and directed him to his quarters.

OFF:

No need to tag for these sorts of basics, just go with the flow and make NPCs as you need them
