An empty bed.
Ta’pez awoke the next morning, sore and tired. His mind pondered where he was before reality came back to him. Pain and pleasure had all come to him at the same time.
He got up and stumbled into the bathroom. He simply stepped into the shower and turned on the water. Warmth streamed forth as the water ran down his body. The stains of the previous day lifted from him and his mind swam away.
There was so much to consider.
As he finally stepped out he found he had slighty over done the morning cleaning as the whole bathroom unit was full of steam. Tying his fairly long hair into a ponytail He stepped out into the main room.
He picked up a freshly folded set of armor garments before putting the actual armor on. There was a new match to be considered for today, and with it a new set of garments.
He wondered whether last nights confrontation would last. As he looked in the mirror he tried to picture what others saw in him.
So much had changed in so little time. He sighted....Time to face another day...
