Is there a set format for it, or is it do as you please???

ie, large mess hall or dining/banquet hall, etc

Dinner time is a time, not an event. To help with the smooth flow of the tourney the event breaks the 4 days up into parts. This makes it easier to make sure you aren't in too many places at once. Basically, you should appear in just one thread in each time... but there have been a few arrivals that were quick and then time at the wall, and so forth.

So, if someone wants to have an event, like last year, dinner time was a big meH'Haj event, then they can do that and lots of people can appear in that scene. Others might go for a private dinner for 2 elsewhere on the base and they would be in a different thread. So decide what you are doing for dinner and get the others in the scene to post in the same scene. That would be one thread at dinner time.
