Alex stood to the side of the platform watching the crowd as the various big shots gave there speeches and introductions.The crowd seemed calm and at ease.Must be they caliber of people here alex thought to himself.Admiral Duerkes got the crowd booming with a nice Bravofleet hurah..
Then the crowd got quiet once again as the klingon K'Hare began to speak alex chuckled to himself that the crowd seemed to grow silent the moment the klingons eyes met theres.Respect fear or a little of both?Alex shook his head and smiled.
Soon the speechs were over and the crowd began to mingle alex signaled his security around the arena to stay alert.
